About Us

Welcome to the web site of "New Zealand Tamil Society" of New Zealnd (NZTS). NZTS is a registered non- profit and non-political organization operating in New Zealand since 1983. The primary focus of this organization is to provide our youth and young children opportunities to engage in activities that will improve their knowledge about rich Tamil culture and traditions at the same note educate other communities about our culture, excel in academic endeavours and involve in community events. The four areas we focus on for youth and children are Academics, Culture, Community and Social. The events we organize cover our focus and objectives of the organization.  In addition we will also focus on adults and seniors to promote and educate healthy lifestyle.
